UK Deliveries

For all UK orders, placed before midday we will attempt to deliver your order next working day. All other orders made later in the day will be delivered within 48 hours.  If we cannot meet these timescales for any reason, we will notify you and advise you of an anticipated delivery date.

International deliveries

All deliveries to non-UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service. It usually takes up to 4-7 working days within Europe and 7-10 working days overseas for items to be delivered. A signature will be required for a proof of delivery.

For all orders of value above £200 we offer FREE UK and International delivery.

Minimum Order

Please note that our minimum order value is £50.00. You will not be able to check out unless your order reaches this value.

Your contact and delivery address

We believe that good communication with our customers is essential therefore please ensure the e-mail address you provide us with is correct. All order and despatch confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone numbers you provide are accurate.

All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. A signature will be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own we may contact you to request additional proof of identity or confirmation of the address before we send your items. A signature will still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.

Returns/Cancellation Policy 

At loveamber.co.uk we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return your order. Items can be returned to loveamber.co.uk provided it is in fully resalable condition and in original, undamaged packaging within 14 days for a full refund. However you must notify us 48 hours before you planning to send the items back at office@loveamber.co.uk. For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to loveamber.co.uk by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

Please note that loveamber will not be able to return any postal costs involved in the return process including your original delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
